This is my story and I'm sticking to it

Bachelor's and master's degrees in architecture from Virginia Tech.

Generally been designing graphics or museum exhibitions (sometimes both) since 1970. Beginning in 1977, twenty-plus years as a designer and exhibition department head in history and natural history museums. Fourteen years administering a state-wide historic site museum system — with some exhibition and graphic design projects sprinkled in.

Retired from institutions in 2014. Continued as a graphic designer and technical illustrator, full time until 2019. Since then, graphic design for a few pro bono clients.

Extensive experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, PowerPoint, and Word. A bit with building simple websites.
