Here's where you tell me about your project, why you need pro bono design services, and what your alternatives are.

If the project needs production — printing a brochure or making a banner, for example — you must have the funding for that part; I'm just providing design. And if I have to buy something, with your approval — a font or photos, for example — you'll reimburse me, with no mark-up.
